Programming and Testing

In addition to an impressive list of automated assembly equipment, we also have IC programmers on hand compatible with various chip manufacturers and families, with “gang” modules to handle multiple programming requirements for volume manufacturing.

Also, our Test Engineers design and develop custom fixtures for your product in order to perform functional and in-circuit tests, providing quality management and ensuring your end customers receive known good units.

Based on your specifications, our test strategies are optimized for your product or product family with an eye to scalability in design to accommodate future revisions and process improvements. All test and calibration records are retained and made available for review upon request.

Our partner has two in-house chambers for wide industrial-range Environmental Stress Screening (ESS). This enables us to complete the process for customers in the industrial market sectors and those that make commercial systems for use in harsh environments.
