Back Panel Assembly (BPA)
Capability to mount several kinds of connectors over many different kinds of base material.
Automatic Press for mounting of Press-Fit connectors.
BPA Electrical Test
Each Back Panel is subject to Electrical Test.
Testing program is generated from the Back Panel Netlist.
We test every connection, isolation and component value.
Testing rack is custom designed, based on the Back Panel to be tested.
Testing rack is designed to avoid mechanical stress.
Each tested Back Panel is identified with a test report containing the serial number and the test results.
